(Apr06-Jan07) from USDA.

Some recoomendations:

* CNO based systems will be economical on remote islands away from
major centers

* Senile trees replacement is essential to increase production

* Solar drying should be used to cut costs

* CNO system development can benefit from Carbon trade.
