Dear PBN Members,
As you may have heard, the Energy Unit from the community Lifelines programme in SOPAC as of April the 1st 2010 has shifted to the Secretariat of the Pacific Community (SPC) under the Economic Development Division. This is part of the Regional Instutional Framework arrangement that will be seeing SOPAC merging with SPC. The Energy Unit and the ICT outreach unit from SOPAC are the first programmes to shift over to SPC. More information on this is provided in attached SOPAC Press Release:
We now are located at the second Floor at Lotus Building in Nabua town ( above the nabua Police station).
