[PBN] Effects of the use of Coconut Oil Fuel as diesel replacement

An landmark study describing the state of the art of coconut oil fuel
utilisation worldwide, and the Marshal Islands in particular, has been
commissioned by Mr. Daniel Fuerstenwerth (MSc) under SOPAC supervision.

The study aims to estimate the incremental costs associated with the use
of diesel compared to operation on diesel fuel.
